When first approached by Stateside Today in regards to playing football (soccer) in America, my first thought was to decline the offer because of a lack of understanding and a belief that it would be a backwards step in my career. How wrong I was.

Winning a National title, National Junior College player of the year and top scorer in the country has proven to me that pursuing a scholarship to America was the best footballing decision I have ever made.
